Is the internet a luxury or necessity?
I used to think it was a luxury but after being without it for 2 weeks while shopping for appliances and other stuff for the house, I realized it has become much more of a necessity for us. We like to bargain hunt and it was really hard to do when you're running around with 2 kiddos to store after store after store and then the bargain would be gone by the time we went back. It's really great to be back online again... I really missed everyone!

I'd call it a required luxury... sorta like having two cars. Yah, you can do w/o that second car, but boooooy does your life get complicated. Glad to have you back!!
I think that once you have made it a part of your life, it become a necessity. I mean, strictly speaking, flush toilets are not necessary for survival...
