Foto Friday - Happy New Year, 2009 in review!

Happy New Year! Today we celebrated Christmas with my side of the family. The kids had a blast and it was so nice to be with family! 3 of the 5 kids had colds but that didn't stop any of them, in fact my kids went to bed early they were so worn out. It was a great start to the new year. I decided to start the year just reviewing my 2009.

Jan. - we started the hunt to buy our first home and saw our house for the first time making an offer even though we were told by our attorney to avoid short sales, lol.

Feb. - We had some spring like days during the winter

March - my love for fabric and sewing grows and grows

April - We had so much fun sharing the Easter story with Moriah and making Resurrection cookies.

May - My first Mother's Day as a mama of two

June - I want to do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred... this is my second failed attempt at completing the 30 days but it was my longest attempt making it 18 consecutive days, WOOT!

July - We closed on our house after over 5 months of waiting for the seller's bank to accept our offer... we now know why our attorney told us to avoid short sales... he was amazed we waited as long as we did. We also had a great time spending the 4th of July weekend in MI at my parents house with my parents and my in-laws

August - Filled a dumpster and lots of work on the house... I also got my first jogging stroller *wub*

September - Introduced to digi-scrapping and the new hobby, I mean addiction begins AND we finished a huge project... painting the kitchen cabinets

October - Apple picking with family, always so much fun but freezing cold

November - My baby's first birthday and a fun Thanksgiving in MI

December - Had such a great time with Advent and Christmas with family... Moriah and I made so many fun projects.
