I completed my Digi: In Deep class and I've learned so much and am so excited to use my new skills in my new layouts. Here are the things I learned while making this layout.
- Install a Photoshop .pat file
- Create a custom background from pattern adjustment layers
- Use Photoshop to "fake" a shallow depth of field on a photo
- Create a multi-photo effect using masks and a .png frame
- Experiment using text as texture
- Create a lacy edge on a scalloped circle
- Use the Rounded Rectangle tool to create a journaling block
- Use the Burn tool with grunge brushes
- Create semi-transparent ghost shapes
and here is my lesson layout...

Hello Heather, I hopped over from the Holidays in Hand class, where I saw your blog on the blogroll. Sounds like you've learned a lot from your Digi class! I haven't even started on the Holidays in Hand class because my computer crashed just before it began, but that's ok, I'll do it later. Anyway, just stopped by to say hi. :)
I love that. It is absolutely beautiful! I love that you made it all about you.
